Promotional and Incentive Materials

These materials are available either on this site or upon request from AHC.

We provide the following if you need to publicize your program, recruit and retain your audience, or solicit funding:

  • Brochures
Use to inform potential funders, or recruit other potential sites and/or facilitators.

  • Sample Press Release
Use this standard language to inform local press outlets about your Motheread® Arizona program.

  • Reproducible Flyer (also in Spanish)
Use to recruit and/or inform participants. Add your session information to the space at the bottom of the flyer so they can have all the information they need at home.

  • Bookmarks (also in Spanish)
Hand out to participants, funders, and the wider community for publicity and/or recruitment.

  • Special Topic Pamphlets
Limited amounts; reserve for repeat participants.

These pamphlets, produced by Motheread, Inc., include 13 Ways to Open a Book, Books for Babies, and Angel’s Kite (bilingual). The Special Topic Pamphlets are a nice way to give participants suggestions for further reading, and you can also give them the corresponding Storysharing page for matching titles, particularly with the Angel’s Kite pamphlet.

  • Reproducible Certificates of Achievement (also in Spanish)
Reserve for those who attend most or all the discussions in a series; present at graduation ceremony.

If you create any of your own publicity or printed material, include the following statement:
Motheread® Arizona is a program of the Arizona Humanities Council.
